Welcome to DNI.plus. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DNI.plus website and services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Product Submissions

Users may submit products for discovery by the community. By submitting a product, you confirm that you have the right to promote it and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to remove any product that violates these terms or our content policies.

Content Policy

All content submitted to DNI.plus must be lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a general audience. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use DNI.plus to distribute malware, engage in fraudulent activity, harass others, manipulate votes, or submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Payments & Refunds

Promoted product listings are available for a one-time fee processed through Stripe. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion. We do not store your payment details; all transactions are handled securely by Stripe.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

DNI.plus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or one hundred dollars if no payment was made.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
